The prize draw is open to residents (in UK) with an active Strava subscription that have completed the Voltarol x Strava ‘Run and Recover’ challenge, aged 16 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and Strava, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw and immediate family of any of these groups.

Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age and/or do not provide the required parental consent will be deemed invalid. These Terms and Conditions will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants under 18 years old).

Entries are made by fully completing the Voltarol Run & Recover Challenge on Strava between 23rd March 2026 and 19th April 2026 and submitting the digital data capture form at https://voltarolstravachallenge.co.uk and providing your name, mobile number, email address and county of residence. Entry must be completed by 11:59pm on 25th April 2025.

The opening date for entries is 12:00am on 23rd March 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm on 25th April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

There will be 22 Winners chosen by random draw performed by a computer process, supervised by an independent adjudicator week commencing 25th April 2026.

Prizes: Prizes available to won are 5 x Garmin Forerunner 965 smartwatches including an additional 1 x QuickFit® 22 Watch Band, x 10 £100 Runners Need Gift Card, 5 x Bespoke Voltarol x New Balance London Marathon 2026 T-shirts in the size of the winners choice, 2 x Theragun Primes. Each winner will be entitled to one prize. Winners that receive a Runners Need e-Voucher can use it online or in stores. E-voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any other costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize but are not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification: The winners of the Runners Need e-Vouchers will be notified by email before 8th May 2026, this email will include their e-Voucher. Winners of a smartwatch or Voltarol x New Balance London Marathon 2026 T-shirts will receive a call to their mobile submitted on entry and will be required to confirm acceptance, their preference of T-shirt size (if applicable) and their full postal address. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being first notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. A maximum of 3 reserve winners for each of the initial prizes will be contacted if they remain unclaimed after the 14 days.

Prize Delivery: Subject to clause 9:
- The Garmin Smartwatches and the New Balance London Marathon 2026 T-shirts will be posted to the winners, to the address they supply when they accept their prize within 28 days of winner notification.
- The e-Voucher prizes will be sent to the winners by email by 8th May 2025.

Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded. If the winner does not comply with this requirement within the timelines required by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize.

The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The prize is supplied by Umbrella, Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton, Buckinghamshire HP18 9LS. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, photocopies and not originals, or incomplete. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

As required by the Advertising Standards Authority, the surname and county of the major prize winners can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to ‘8756’ Voltarol Challenge’ Winner List, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR and will be available for a period of 4 weeks from 11/05/2026. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
